    Calle Cervantes is located in the small Spanish town of Rojales. It is an ideal location for couples and young families.
    The apartment is approximatly six years old and has been lovingly maintained.
    It has two bedrooms, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and bath.
    The living area is large and easy to clean with patio doors leading to the balcony. The balcony has a spiral stair access to a fantastic private solarium for sunbathing.
    The apartment is on a small well maintained complex which is secured by key access. It has a communal swimming pool which is cleaned every day.
    Within a short walk is Rojales town with the River running through it full of carp and turtles!

    40 Euro's for cleaning and laundry etc to be paid locally to our representative. This is increased to 60 Euro's for stays of three weeks or more. ( In addition to holiday rental)

    Balance of rental to be paid four weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If balance of rental is not paid prior to holiday we reserve the right to re-advertise the dates and treat the booking as cancelled.

    A breakage deposit of £40 in addition to your final holiday payment is required to be held against any breakages, damage or loss of keys. This will be refunded (less any breakage/damage etc.) after fourteen days following an inspection and finish of your holiday.

    There may be a charge for excessive use of air conditioning / heating. (Over 75 units). Please ensure you turn all electric off when you leave.

    Airport: Alicante: 31.1 mi
    The apartment is approximately half an hour drive time from both Alicante and Murcia airports although I always prefer to fly from Alicante.
    The cheapest airlines into Alicante are BMIbaby, Jet 2, Easy Jet or Monarch Air.
    We nearly always fly Jet2 to Alicante and find it really easy with good flight times.
    Car hire can be booked in advance and a car can be collected in the arrival hall at Alicante Airport.
    We find the cheapest car hire is from www.doyouspain.com.

This is a 1st floor apartment in a small gated community, with a communal pool. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/lounge area, terrace and private sun terrace. It is comfortable, with a good supply of utensils/crockery/cutlery etc in the kitchen. We found this a better option than staying in a small hotel room. The apartment is easy... more

enjoyed our stay walking distance to supermacado and resturantes car needed for the lovely beaches will be coming again next vacation more

The apartment was in an ideal location walking distance to bars and to the fiesta. It was also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Lovely views from the balcony over the countryside.
