We stayed here with our two girls (5 and 7) for ten nights and it was wonderful. Cristina was brilliant from day one at responding to any questions via email prior to our arrival and when we got there she (and Linda who was in Cetona during our stay) had thought of everything. There was coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, loo rolls, water, juice and even a bottle of wine in the fridge on our arrival, so brilliant to get you over the first couple of days.
The house was very clean and there was a fan in the lounge and both of the bedrooms (the girls loved the bunk beds) and so we didn't find the heat at night a problem at all.
The kitchen has everything in it you could possibly need and all is very good working order. The pool (20 steps from the front door!!) was perfect for the kids - and us! - and quite often we had it to ourselves.
