Looking for a  great place to linger over a latte?  Kind Coffee & Starbucks are within a block of each other on the main drag in town - East Elkhorn Avenue.  Both feature outdoor seating on the river and the usual array of muffins and snack breakfast foods.  Notchtop serves homemade breads and muffins and is located in a strip mall called Stanley Village, adjacent to Safeway (which also has a Starbucks and a bakery for the donut crowd!).

Looking for a full  breakfast outing?  The Egg & I is a local standard (East Elkhorn) as is the Big Horn Cafe (West Elkhorn).  You can easily get your fill at either place, just plan on a line out the door during the summer months.
