Located in beautiful Kennesaw, the Smith-Gilbert Gardens is made up of 16 acres with more than 3,000 different varieties of plants, shrubs and trees.  The Hiram Butler House also sits on the property, once home to a railroad man that was present at the "Great Locomotive Chase" during the Civil War.  The property was a private residence, created as a retreat.  It includes 30 pieces of art from internationally known artists.
