MoJo 's 1140 Decatur St (in quarter)  has outside tables and serves wine and cheese plate. The brie is warm and oozing out with apples surrounding the plate. You can sit and watch the crowd go by while sharing some wine and conversation.

Orleans Grapevine Wine Bar & Bistro is another great place. Opens for wine at 4PM but kitchen doesn't open till 5 PM. This is a fantastic place for dinner - inside is charming but outside is great people watching..720 Orleans Av.
