Oglethorpe Tours is locally owned and operated. Two tour options are available.
The most popular tour is the 90 minute tour of the Historic District on the blue trolleys. Tours depart every 20 minutes from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The trolley can be boarded at the Savannah Visitors and Information Center at 301 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, or at the blue and yellow Oglethorpe Tours Office at the base of the Talmadge Memorial Bridge. Free parking is offered at the foot of the bridge, as well as at Oglethorpe Tour's depot at the corner of Papy Street and Turner Street, behind the Hampton Inn and Suites on MLK, Jr., Blvd. Guests staying in one of the hotels inside of the Historic or Victorian District can arrange to have Oglethorpe Tours' shuttle service pick them up and take them to the start of the tour. The tour can be purchased on a walk-up basis at $15 per adult (effective July 3, 2009), and $10 for children ages 11 and under. Under age 5 are free but must sit in a parent's lap. After the tour, the price includes unlimited on-off service until 5:30pm the day of your tour from any of 12 pick-up points in the Historic District.
Oglethorpe Tours is proud to be the exclusive tour company in town to offer a visit to "The Death House" - the tunnel under the old Candler Hospital which served as a morgue in the late 1800-s as part of their popular Ghost Tour. This tour is offered every evening on the blue trolley. Along with hearing tales of mystery, murder and spectral visits, any guest who dares will be able to enter the tunnel/morgue and explore it! The Ghost Tour lasts typically from 75 minutes to 90 minutes. The price is $29 for passengers aged 12 and above, $18 for children aged 5 to 11. Reservations are required as the tour often sells out and is only offered on a limited basis. The Ghost Tour trolley can pick you up from your location in the Historic District with your reservation. Tour times vary depending upon season but depart each night.

I want to add to the above and say that I took the day tour and it was much less expensive then the other tours and it was GREAT and I saved money. I recommend this company. They were so nice about dropping off and picking up and even said 'if you get lost call us, we'll come and get you'. Additionally the other tour company told us lies about Oglethorpe saying that they charged for pick up which they do not. That was awful and I didn't trust them after that and it locked in the decesion to take the Oglethorpe tour. LP
