Wiley's Championship BBQ got its name and reputation for "world-class BBQ” from BBQ competition circuit champions Wiley and Janet McCrary.
The restaurant is a friendly, Cheers-style, bluesy joint that serves up barbecue brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, “Better than [expletive]” Sauce, Fried Pickles, Barbecue Brisket Slider (minis) and Janet's famous sides, including Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. The menu changes frequently.
New on the menu for Spring 2009 is a "Flintstone" Beef Rib or Dinosaur Bone, Saturday Night Special: 1.8 lbs pre-cooked weight of a 'market style' beef short rib with grilled asparagus and Janet's famous sweet potato casserole.

Open for Lunch Monday-Saturday 11am -3pm; Open for Supper Wednesday-Thursday 5pm-8pm; Supper Friday and Saturday 5pm - 9pm. Wiley's is closed on Sunday.
