The block-long market is "Atmosphere", full of wonderful aromas from the variety of food vendors, fresh flowers, fresh vegetables locally grown, and fresh bread and pastries locally baked.  It is hard to decide which food vendor will be preparing your breakfast or lunch.  If it's lunch on Saturday, you may eat in the sunny area where local musicians may entertain you.  After a great meal and caffeine, you have to shop the many booths with unique goods from arts & crafts by local artisans to imported alpaca products to spices that are hard to find, and so many more.  Some market vendors change according to the seasons, adding more interest for return visits.   Don't neglect to notice the pure charm of the long, narrow building that was created for building railroad cars a century ago.  Even some of the parking lot is original brick-paved.
