1. Mini Ha Ha is a popular rock climbing spot along the Centennial Trail is good for rock climbing, some hiking, and winery nearby.  Go on a sunny day.
  2. Horse back riding at Last Chance Riding Stable from Indian Canyon Park.  4812 W Canyon Dr.
  3. Go the Foley Library on the Gonzaga University campus.  Check out the Rare Book room where some say Bing Crosby's last wig is kept - you'll have to ask one of the librarian's for a viewing of this toupee' !
  4. Ever eat in a giant Milk Bottle?  Check out the Milk Bottle restaurant on Garland Avenue.  Best for lunch, super-duper cheap & homemade ice cream. 
  5. Quilting/Sewing - You must find "The Buggy Barn" quilt shop. It is on a family farm, in the middle of the wheat fields just outside of Spokane.  The sisters who own this shop are amazing, and you will not find another like it. Separate barn for their hand dyed wools and quilt kits. Really - not to be missed 
  6. The Corner Market on South Hill has live music on summer Tuesdays in their parking lot, and movies on Thursdays.
