May 10: East Nashville Chicken Chase- Pavillion east at 11th and Fatherland- 10AM-8PM- Free!

A real live Chicken Chase Race to win the Golden Eggcelent Chicken Chase Trophy. Lots more fun, music, and food.

June 21:  3rd Annual Westhaven Porchfest

Starting at 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, neighborhood porches throughout the neighborhood will host a variety of musicians.  Lightning 100 will be broadcasting LIVE from Town Center from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and the evening will wrap up with a concert on the lake, starting at 8:00 PM, featuring Raven Cliff.  See you on the porch!  Click here for schedule of performers and map.

July 4th: Let Freedom Sing Weekend Celebration
This year's Independence Day will be celebrated with a weekend full of free concerts and fireworks shows! On July 2nd, the General Jackson Showboat will celebrate its 25th Anniversary with a free performance by Chuck Wicks and a firework show at Riverfront Park. July 3rd, Julianne Hough from the hit television show will display her singing talent at a free concert at Riverfront Park, followed by a fireworks display. And on July 4th a full day of celebrations will commence at noon and last through the night. All day long you can chow down on great food and listen to free music by performers such as Trace Adkins, Julianne Hough, Jaci Velasquez, the Nashville Symphony and more. Music City Hot Chicken Festival
Come on down to Nashville on July 4th for the best food festival in the country: the Hot Chicken Festival. Sample the delights of the hottest chicken around. Enjoy live music, a Yazoo beer garden, inflatable jumps for the kids and an amateur cooking contest.

World Cup Viewing Party
On July 11th, there will be a free viewing party for the final game of the FIFA World Cup. There will be live music, great food and a chance to win great prizes. The first 1000 people to come through the gates will receive a Nashville Sounds Baseball ticket. Help support Nashville's bid to host the 2018/2022 World Cup games!
