There are 2 good water parks in Myrtle and 1 just a few minutes south.  They have actiivites available for the very young or faint of heart and for the adventerous as well.  You can even just pull up a beach chair and watch. During June, July, and August be prepared for large crowds and long waits. 

One place that a good crowd is always welcomed is at a Pelicans Game!  That's right...the Pelicans!  This is our class A Atlanta Brave affilitate baseball team.  Their stadium is located right across the street from Broadway at the Beach, so you can grab a bite to eat before the game, or grab a hot dog and a cold beer at the ball park.  Ticket prices are more than reasonable....it's one of the best values for the $$ here at the beach!  Check out www.myrtlebeachpelicans.com

It's easy to find a buy one/get one free ticket coupon for the Pelicans. Parking is free, too. Great deal and the ballpark is nice and cozy. Even if you don't really like baseball you'll have a good time.
