Promised Land offers four campgrounds offering access for the disabled, accommodations for tents, RV's, and even campers with pets. The maximum stay in all camping areas is fourteen days during the summer season and 21 days during the off-season. Campers must vacate the park for 48 hours before setting up again.

Lower Lake Campground

There are three camping areas inside Lower Lake - Beechwood, Northwoods, and Rhododendron. There are flush toilets and hot water in all areas. Beechwood offers paved sites with electric hookups for RV's. This campground is open from the 2nd Friday in April through the 3rd Friday in December. There is a swimming area, boat launch, and plenty of places to fish on Lower Lake. This camping area is handicapped accessible.

Pickerel Point Campground

 Pickerel Point is open year-round. This campground offers walk-in sites right on the lake. There are a few drive-in sites right on the lake, but most are walk-in. This campground offers vault toilets. Pay showers are available at the Main Beach/Picinic Area. There is a swimming area located at the end of peninsula that Pckerel Point is on. This campground has been renovated and re-opened 6/12 new shower/bath houses. More pet friendly sites now.

Deerfield Campground

Deerfeild is the only campground that allows pets. (No wild animals are allowed - only domestic animals) The campground is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This campground is handicapped accessible and offers flush toilets. Pay showers are available at the Main Beach/Picinic Area. There is a small information area as you first enter the campground with a small amphitheater that offers information on the parks animals and other things. This campground was renovated along with pickeral point and re-opened 6/12.

The Pines Campground

The Pines is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a trail that leads to the Main Beach/Picinic Area. This campground is also handicapped accessible and the restrooms have flush toilets. Pay showers are available at the Main Beach/Picinic Area.  A trail leads to the Picnic Area and the Main Beach.
