Portland has a lively and exciting night life, with enough clubs and bars and Happy Hours to make visitors and residents, well, Happy!
BlueHour on NW 13th in the Pearl District is popular for eating, drinking and seeing and being seen. It is a classy restaurant and can be expensive. Happy Hour in warm weather offers tables outside with umbrellas and heaters in case the evening gets chilly, with diners enjoying fries with aioli and great drinks, ranging from Prosecco to Martinis.
Speaking of Martinis, Vault Martini Bar on NW 12th serves every kind of Martini you can think of as well as delicious new drinks, the Blood Orange Margarita, being one excellent example. You can have dinner at Vault or sit outside and enjoy Happy Hour drinks and plates of cheese and artisan breads.

A beautiful restaurant/lounge with dinner from 5pm until 10pm. After 10 pm, the younger dance crowd arrives. Very trendy, and fun.
