Bluehour is a glamorous restaurant in the Pearl District. Walls of windows, high ceilings and drapes that can be pulled to give diners their own private space to have a romantic meal. Good service and good food make this a popular place for locals and tourists. This is the place to see and be seen in Portland for some tourists , but it is also a good restaurant for the locals.
