In the Village of North Conway, two sit-downs stand out for a leisurely and enjoyable morning meal:  Peaches and The Upstairs Cafe.  Both have creative menu offerings, interesting specials, cozy (if not quirky) interiors and good service.

For quicker picks without being waited on, head to the counter and have a breakfast sandwich made to order at the Teeny Bean, the Frontside Grind or Bagels Plus.  Limited seating is available, but it's really more about the caffeinated beverages and the freshly-prepared baked goods.

Finally, if you want to skip the protein and go right to the buzz, Seavey Street Bakery and the Met Coffee House can hook you up with the coffee, tea and carbs.  The bakery has no seating but the Met does.
