One of the things that would be highly recommended while in Las Vegas would be a private Pole Dancing Class at a Fitness Studio. The studio is called www.polefitnessstudio.com and was extremely professional and nice. There were 8 women who arrived and walked up the stairs and were greeted by a friendly teacher from Australia and the owner, Fawnia. Sometimes a limo service is included in the private classes, but since the limo wasn't available there was a $30 refund for the class to help with transportation.
The studio had a great atmosphere with red painted walls and approximately 20 poles for the class. The class started with some stretching and warm up's and then proceeded to some basic steps and lessons. What a great way to spend an hour and fifteen minutes for $50 a person. The instructor was fantastic, in tremendous shape and a great teacher all around.
It really made this group of friend's want open up a fitness studio. Its a great way to have fun exercising. The time passed so quickly the group couldn't believe the class was over. At the end the instructor gave (the birthday girl) a tank top that said I (heart) pole dancing and a hug. What a blast!!!! This studio is highly recommended while in Vegas... especially for a girls trip or bachelorette party.
