Visit Nelis' Dutch Village in Holland, Michigan for a great day of family fun.  With activities happening every 20 minutes, from Dutch klompen dancing and lessons for visitors to delftware making demonstration to wooden shoe carving, there is an interactive fun experience for everyone.

Particularly fun for the kids are the Dutch chair swing ride, the 1924 fully restored carousel, the giant wooden shoe slide, and the petting zoo - featuring "Take a goat for a Walk!"   Everyone can try on wooden shoes, dutch costumes, and sample Dutch cheeses.

Adults find the movies about life in the Netherlands, street organ demonstrations, and the museum exhibits especially interesting.  The Dutch farmhouse and barn show how life on the farm was over 100 years ago in Old Holland.

Try your hand at the Holland, Michigan tradition of street scrubbing, Dutch games like skilopen and sjoelen, and hand cranking a small Dutch street organ.
