Visitors can take advantage of the beautiful scenery to enjoy some water-side hiking along this six miles of beach. Other places in the area to enjoy water activities include Cape Cod Canal Town Neck Beach , and Wakeby Pond. Travelers can enjoy swimming and fishing at these and other locations throughout the area.
Travelers interested in doing some non-beach hiking should head over to Boyden Farm. This is not a place to do strenuous hiking but it is a place to hike in surroundings which offer views of wildlife. Hiker can also head to Briar Patch for beautiful scenic walks.
Travelers who enjoy bicycling will find that Cape Cod Canal is a terrific place to go. Rollerbladers and joggers join bicyclists on trails which extend approximately seven miles in length. Serious rollerbladers should take advantage of the Kenneth Benjamin Fleet Skate Park where they can skate (or skate board) safely.
