There are loads of things happening in and around West Palm Beach, so the question is not what to do, but what not to do on any given day, and that's the hard part.

Carnival On The Waterfront, sponsored by the Palm Beach Post, is not to be missed. Celebrating island life, Caribean food, and music, it is a family-friendly event that takes place at the end of June.

What's better than a free concert at the Palm Beach Post on a warm, sunny Sunday afternoon? How about a free concert at the Palm Beach Post every warm, sunny fourth Sunday afternoon? If you catch it right, on one of those Sundays from May to October, you can splash on your sunscreen, don your wide straw hat, and enjoy one the free concerts held at the Meyer Amphitheatre on the Flagler Drive Waterfront.

Dig out your bobby sox and grease back your hair and strut on down to the Main Street Cruise Classic Car Show, held August every first Saturday at the Abacoa Town Center. Over 250 cars line up for the Parade of Hot Rods down Main Street at 8:30 pm, while a band plays and vendors vend. Bring a lawn chair and relax, or do the twist with your partner.

Come on out for the annual Palm Beach County Dog Fanciers Association AKC Dog Shows held the 2nd weekend in March.  Find out more details at their website:  www.pbcdfa.org or follow updates about the dog show at www.twitter.com/pbcdfa.
