For romance, you can't beat Victoria and Albert's, even if you are not a Disney fan. No Mickey Mouse ears or Cinderella can be found in Vicky and Al's. No kids under 10 allowed. Jacket required, and half the men wear ties. Reserve far in advance, or take your chance: Don't hesitate to try for a reservation on short notice, though. Sometimes they are available for the very next day.
Bring money. The 7-course fixed-price will run about $500 total per couple if you opt for the wine pairing, which is highly recommended. Nonetheless, the food is some of the best in the country, and the service is excellent. It's quiet, leisurely and very romantic. Your lady is presented with a rose at meal's end, to seal the deal. Free valet parking at Grand Floridian, then an elevator to the restaurant entrance. The other top Disney restaurants - Citrico's, Narcoosee's, Jiku - are all good.
