This is a bit of a drive but WELL worth it.  Stayed in the Disney park @ Bonnett Creek and it was about a 40 minute drive.  Searched Hibachi style restaurants and was lucky to stumble on this one being closer to Lakeland.  Have been to many of these types of restaurants in Central Ca., in Vegas, Tahoe etc.  Mt. Fuji was by far the best priced, quality of food, entertainment and overall experience one could ever have.  Take a look at what was ordered and see for yourself- then you can go on their website and look at the menu to see for yourself.  1st a great Premium Sushi Roll was shared before dinner- everyone then sat at the Hibachi table with some very loyal locals- next, ordered the Vegitable dinner which included soup and salad, fried rice and a lot of really good grilled veggies and a few shrimp- $10.95 (where can you sit at Hibachi for that price????????  Son ordered the Filet and Shrimp- it was incredible and there was enough to share- $18.95- no joke- better food than have had at the Belagio in Vegas and it was 3 times the price!!  - Belagio- ok it was better than  Pismo Beach, Ca. my stomping grounds... and it is closer to $40 and there is no Hibachi dinner under $25 so even if you are not very hungry (Sushi Roll for an appetizer) you cannot get the whole entertaining aspect of Hibachi unless EVERYONE in the party orders a $25 + dinner!  Anyway so both of us had full dinners, a Sushi Roll and 2 drinks (ice-tea) and the total bill before tax was around $45.  Would have expected to pay at least $80-90 for that experience and would have been totally satisfied.  This is the first reastaurant review  and I eat out a lot.  The owner of the place remembered the phone conversation and was very accomadating and made sure afterward everything went well and wanted to make sure it was worth the 40 minute drive.  The drive is very nice and the drive home was great- Son couldn't stop talking about how good the chef was- would reccommend waiting for the guy that is the "best" They should know who you are talking about.  The locals there said we got lucky- they are all very good but this one stands out- sorry, don't remember his name.  He is the only one seen throwing a fake egg, squirt Vodka he was using to cook in the mouth of one of the guests that was drinking beer etc. etc. he was really good.  Have to say that another restaurant that was great was BB Kings in Orlando- awesome appetizers and it is in one of the nicest malls there- there is ample parking and a lot of great shops etc.  Make this one of your stops in addition to Mt. Fuji!!!
