Las Olas Blvd would be the number one choice for shopping without any budget restrictions.  There are a number of good restaurants, clothing boutiques and art galleries. 

Pocock Fine Art & Antiques offers original oil paintings by museum held listed artist and specializes in the American Impressionist painters working during the first half of the 20th Century.  The gallery also offers an impressive selection of period antiques and objects of virtue. The gallery has been in business for 27 years on Las Olas Blvd. 

Among the fine clothing boutiques dotting the boulevard, Maus & Hoffman, Moda Mario, Zora Keller and BodyGear will cater to any-ones fashion sense.  

Sawgrass Mills is a day trip for shop til you drop outlets. Bring your walking shoes and your credit cards with high limits. 

Outside of Fort Lauderdale, the Dania Historic Antique Shopping District is a must stop for collectibles hunters where you’re likely to find everything except buried treasure. The heart of the district is a one-block section of Federal Highway near Dania Beach Blvd. It is home to dozens of antique dealers and shops. The nearby Antique Center Mall of Dania also offers 30 dealers selling a variety of items. Open Monday through Friday, with some shops open on the weekends.

The indoor Festival Flea Market Mall on West Sample Road in Pompano will let you beat the heat while you browse through 600+ stores selling all sorts of items, including brand name merchandise at outlet prices.
