Getting to Rehoboth Beach is easiest by car, either driving from one of the region's airports or driving from another location in the US.  The closest airport to Rehoboth Beach is the Wicomico Regional Airport in Salisbury, MD, a 45-minute drive away.  This is a small airport with somewhat limited service.  For a larger airport with more extensive flights and services, Dulles International Airport is a two and a half hour drive from Rehoboth Beach, and Phildelphia and Baltimore-Washington International are each two hours away.  Cars can be rented at any of these airports.

One other option for getting to Rehoboth Beach besides air or car is by bus.  DC2NY has a summer bus seervice that runs from Memorial Day weekend at the end of May until the Labor Day weekend in early September.  It leaves from the Union Station Amtrak station and drops off at Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches.    See  DC2NY Beach Connection.  DART (Delaware Area Rapid Transit) runs year-around public bus service from the Wilmington DE Amtrak station to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.  If interested, you will need to tranfer between three seperate bues but it can be done.  See DART Wilmington to Rehoboth.
