Universal Studios is located in the "Universal City" neighborhood of Los Angeles, just north of Hollywood. Admission to Universal includes a tour of the famous studios as well as unlimited admission to the amazing movie-themed rides and live shows. The studio tour is a short (less than an hour) tram tour of the studios which includes exposure to several special effects experiences while on the tram. Examples of the special effects are: the tram being 'attacked' by the shark from the movie "Jaws" as well as the tram riding across a bridge that begins to collapse. Due to the action-packed nature of the these attractions, Universal Studios might not be suitable for children younger than teen age.
