For those enjoying history and musuems the best two places to go are the Birdcage Theatre and the County Courthouse.

The Birdcage is filled with antiques of the era, and gives you the feel of stepping back in time, especially when viewing the balconies in the theatre and the bordello rooms. Take your time going through and viewing the clippings of performers on the walls.

The Courthouse offers more than you might think. The admission price is very reasonable, and the exhibits inside offer a trip into the history of Tombstone and the area highlighting items such as the gunfight at the OK Coral, Mining, Law enforcement, vegetation of the area, and is filled with many different artifacts of the times. The museum is well laid out and is enjoyable and educational.
