A great find for locals and travelers....Catia's Kitchen in North Phoenix at 10880 N. 32nd Street just off E. Shea Blvd.  Their number is (602) 996-4371.  It is BYO and there is no corkage fee.  The menu is eclectic and reflects Vera Cruz Mexico, Italy and France. The owners are a husband and wife who are graduates of the local culinary institute. The food is very well priced, beautifully presented and delish from appetizers through to dessert. The service is warm, though a bit spotty.  If you need to bring your beverage, there is a Basha's market that carries a variety of chilled wines, champagne, beer, etc. down the street.  It is open for lunch and dinner. It is closed Mondays.
