Punta Sal : Another successful restaurant with several branches. Its one of the favorites for local Limenos. Chef Adolfo is an excellent host and a very well known cook in Peru. Huaca Pucllana: Located in a breathtaking setting within the ruins of the Huaca Pucllana, an archaeological compound built between 200 and 700 AD by the early inhabitants of Lima. Wa-Lok : Of the few remaining restaurants that maintains the original cross-over of Cantonese and Peruvian cuisine, developed in the first half of the 20th century by the Chinese immigrants that established around Capón street, in what now is Chinatown. In fact, the restaurant still keeps its original locale in Jr. Paruro, just in the heart of the Chinese quarter, but a more accessible one in Miraflores.
