Kenya Time Standard Time = GMT +3 hours   (GMT is Greenwich Mean Time).  Kenya Time does not operate Daylight-Saving Time.   

000 is the International Dialing Code you use to call overseas from within Kenya. 006 - Uganda and 007 - Tanzania are the exceptions.

If you use any Landline or Safari Com line instead of 000 the 888 or +  (VOIP CODE) you pay like 25 kes a minute home. this is much much cheaper.

If you have a Celltel number the code is 123 (but costs like 56 kes a minute) 

254 is the International Country Code for Kenya.
