Aspen nightlife is teeming with clubs, bars, and restaurants for those indefatigable visitors who are not through with the day at the end of the slopes or the trails.

The Steak Pit/Double Dog Pub is a cozy place for food and drink, while The Library offers locals a loungy, chic adult experience of fine wine, liquor, and cigars.  Bar Aspen has dancing and karoake, the J Bar has been vending drinks since 1889, and Belly Up, Aspen is known as the spot to go for live music.

Other clubs include the Blue Door, open late with a Cajun bistro kitchen that serves until midnight, and the Lava Room—the city’s acclaimed nightclub that hosts a DJ every night.

Should you desire a more quiet evening out, the city is full of outstanding restaurants, such as the Hickory House, known for its high-quality ribs, and Toppers, an establishment specializing salads, soups, sandwiches, and pizzas.  When it comes to nightlife, Aspen provides options as low-key, gluttonous, or bubbly as one would desire.
