Both guide books are extremely useful and comprehensive, but they are both geared towards different demographics. Frommers is better if you are a bit older and have some more money to throw around. They list the best hotels and restaurants, as well as some of the best museums and cultural things to do. Let's Go is written by college students for college-age individuals. They will give information on the best hostels, the best bars and clubs, and the coolest things to check out. You should also check out the weather before you head down.
