First of all Finns use euros like most of the Western European countries. Euro is divided in 100 cents. Current Sell/Buy Courses in Other Currencies

Banks

Banks are open on weekdays from 10 to 4.30PM. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. (Bank is Pankki in Finnish)

ATMs 

Very good network of ATMs in the whole Finland in habited areas. ATMs are quided in English so no problem with that. ATMs are marked with yellow signs the say OTTO. 

Credit Cards

Most common credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and Diners. Finns love to pay with bank cards. You do not see checks at all because people feel them old fashioned and too slow to use. Travelers check can be changed in banks and in many hotels too.

One suggestion is to use a Visa card and cash. This duo is 100 percent sure way to pay everywhere.
