Bellagioseta, on Via G Garibaldi, 61 is opposite the Piazza della chiesa. This shop is overflowing with leather and silk products for all budgets.  Prices range from 5 euro for a colourful polyester scarf to 500 euros for a leather bag with a medieval map of the world. In terms of leather goods, prices were very reasonable and the quality very good. Most of the goods are made in their own Italian factory, although not all are, just ask if you are interested. There were a wide range of styles and colours, quirky to suit young people to more traditional (eg Hermes Kelly style) for the more mature customers. As one customer's husband noted wryly, it is easier to decide which bag you don't want to buy...

They have silk ties, shawls, leather wallets, bags, belts, purses. You may receive a 10% discount when you spend a large amount and rather than sort out the paperwork for getting the VAT back, the man may offer to give you a further 5% off. (Worthwhile as you do not get all the VAT back, they deduce a processing fee.) Everything was lovingly packed into separate bags to prevent scratching.

Better range, value and prices than anything in Milan, including several discount designer outlets (including Basement, Il Salvagente and D magazine.)
