Colosseum- is now part of the combo ticket which also includes the forum and palatine hill. This ticket is good for two days and allows one entrance to each site.  

You can now get tickets to the tour which takes you to the underground and 3rd level, both closed to the public. Wonderful experience, under 10 Euro (+ regular ticket). The phone reservation will get you to the reservation counter inside of the Colosseo with no line at all, just tell the security person you have a reservation tickets to pickup. At this counter, you can buy regular combo ticket mentioned above which are required to enter Colosseo.    

Pantheon - It is free to enter. Try to get there if it rains. The rain will come through the oculous.

Papal Audience - St Peter's Square in Summer on Wednesday @ 10.30a.m. (be there at 08.00)
