You can now get tickets to the tour which takes you to the underground and 3rd level, both closed to the public. Wonderful experience, under 10 Euro (+ regular ticket). The phone reservation will get you to the reservation counter inside of the Colosseo with no line at all, just tell the security person you have a reservation tickets to pickup. At this counter, you can buy regular combo ticket mentioned above which are required to enter Colosseo.
