My family and I used easitalytours for our private tours in  Rome , Florence and  Pompeii  area.

Since our first email, I had that "family-feeling" which is what I waslooking for. Mario, the person who helped us with planning and booking all thetours, was really warm, friendly and welcoming, he was very patient answering my thousand questions!  Not knowing the country, I now understand how precious his help was in planning our days in Italy , he gave great suggestions onhow to use our time the most efficiently.

The whole booking process was really simplistic andquick. The drivers we had all were amazing, they all speak excellent English, and they are knowledgeable and fun at the same time.  I was explainedthat part of their training consists of spending a few months in the U.S. this enables them to heighten their English language skills.
We also used private guides in the  Vatican  and in Pompeii , and both times they wereextremely well-informed, and also they succeeded in not boring the kids, who were actually asking questions, I was quite shocked at the reaction our kids had the tours they really enjoyed themselves. I think the best part was the Roman tour; we had a full day of touring the city and countryside. I imagine we covered it all, our driver was incredibly informative and my Lord if he knew his way around!
Italy is a great country, I cannot imagine having a bad time there, but certainly these guys helped make it beyond perfect for us.
The experience with them was worth every single cent, and I can't wait to go to Italy again, also to meet our drivers, who we all felt became family friends.
