The Burgos weather is pleasant most of the year round. The north central region of Spain experiences weather that is quite mild, and never too hot, too humid or even too rainy. The summers are exceptionally mild, with plenty of sun, while the wintertime is cool but seldom very cold and almost never freezing.
July and August are usually dry and warm with daytime temperatures in the low to mid 80s, and cool nights in the 60s. The rain is also the lightest during the peak of summer and with plenty of sun you can take in the sights near and far.
Spring and fall are both mild, but both times can be a bit on the rainy side. May and December are the wettest months but that’s entirely relative. From October through April you might want to bring a jacket, and perhaps even a coat for the winter months when temperatures average in the 50s during the day and can fall into the 30s at night. Rain is possible but generally light throughout this time as well.
January and December are the cooler months, but even then it is hard to call it really cold and the winters don’t last terribly long in Burgos. It seldom reaches freezing and snow falls quite infrequently.
