If you are looking for easy day trips out of Seville, there are plenty. Granada is highly recommended and easily accessible by a 3 hour train ride through beautiful olive orchards. Other points accessible by car are Ronda and Jemez, both charming whitewashed towns. Cadiz for a summer beach stop is also only a 45 minute train ride. If you have a lot of extra time, Malaga is 3 hours away by car and is a beautiful car ride to the Andulusian coast.
