City Hall

The City Hall (Ayuntamiento Building) is located at the Plaza de los Naranjos, 1. The building was constructed by Mayor Juan de Pisa in 1568. The building has a balcony made of wrought iron where the authorities can be seen during celebrations in the plaza. Inside, the Salon de Comisiones has a Mudejar ceiling. The Sala de Justicia (Justice Salon) has important paintings and shows the coat of arms of Felipe II and that of Marbella, together with other symbols that represent justice and religión. Today the building has a tourist office on the ground floor.
