Visitors to the Wurzburg have numerous options for getting around the city, as well as to other areas of the country with public transportation. 

            The immediate city of Wurzburg has a public transportation system that consists of trams and buses.  There are five tram lines that make loops around the city and eighteen bus routes serviced by a number of buses.  An all-day ticket for unlimited travel in the city of Wurzburg on both trams and buses costs 4 Euros.   Weekly and monthly passes can be purchased at discounted rates.  For route and timetable information, visit the bus station or the tourist office located in the city center.
