This is a 5 star excellent activity to do in Paris.   It was a fun way to enjoy Paris in the evening when it was cool and when  tired from walking all day.  It was relaxing, very educational and the highlight of   the trip.  It is a must do!  The staff were exceptional and the price was well worth every penny!
