These areas either have metered or free parking along the street, and some businesses may have small free lots for their customers.
Prices on items are almost always displayed without tax; applicable taxes are added at the time of purchase. Foreign visitors may be eligible for a visitor tax refund, so keep all proofs of purchase as well as your travel documents. This refund program will end on April 1, 2007.
