Where to start?! - Head across the floating bridge to take in the cenotes (sink holes) and take some cool photos there. For lunch, the upstairs part of the restaurant with the international buffet gives a nice view of the whole area. And the "swim with dolphins" is unique - you get up close with a trained professional and do so in small groups. Some even get to "ride" a dolphin.
