The Mexico Tourist Board's official Monterrey page is available in English.  It give background information and history on the city as well as suggestions for activities, weather information, driving directions, and maps.   It is a good place to start if you are looking for information on the city for tourists.  The site also provides information on airports and on the surrounding area.
