Small but extraordinary beach with a nice view of nearby Thatch Cay and the Coral World Observatory Tower.  Parking is limited and problematic with random people charging for it's use.  You may want to consider spending part of your day at Coral World which will give you access to their parking, restrooms and snack bar.  Snorkeling is best along the eastern rocks.  Best time to visit is early morning before it becomes crowed with cruise passaners.  Drug use (pot) is sometimes noticable and occasionally there just too many people hanging out with nothing to do.  The approach and surrounding area is often unkempt.  Vendors stake out shaded areas on the beach and can be aggressive.  The food vendors serve up cold beer and a variety of products.  You might try a pate (spicey meat r veggie filled filled pies).  Some folks would like to see it more controlled and the area cleaned up but it remains a stunning beach and if you are concerned the best advice is to be cautious and leave your valuables at home.
