You can view the amazing environment and life forms of the crystal clear Grand Cayman waters down to over 2000 feet deep with a Deep See tour....without getting wet !. Deep See Tour.  Live video images of the underwater life arrive from the Remotely Operated Vehicle, which dives into the depths of the sea, and are viewed on HDTV screens aboard a 41 foot luxury yacht. The tour operates from the conveniently located Lobster Pot Dive Centre at the Seven Mile Beach side of George Town. You will be picked up from a private dock and taken out to the dive location off Seven Mile Beach or South Sound.

The tours are limited to 8 guests and there are 4 tours each day. There are the coral reef tours which are great for non-divers and children as there is always loads to see in the beautiful sea world that makes Grand Cayman a top dive destination. The sponge belt tour operates in a zone inhabitated by vibrantly colourful sponges and is also where some spectacular wrecks are located. This tour is great for everyone but very young children. The truly unique tour is the dive into what is known as the twilight zone where it is pitch black and the pressures are enormous  and rarely (or possible never) seen creatures adapted to such peculiar conditions live. The twilight zone tour operates in open water and is like being involved in a scientific research mission and so is best for those who are a good sailor with an appreciation of the complexities of exploration and adventure.

The yacht has an airconditioned viewing lounge, bathroom facilities, a sun deck, covered open air bridge with seating and additional viewing screen and chilled drinks and snack are available. You can also bring your own alcaholic beverages and keep them in the yacht's fridge.

The price for adults is USD106 and children USD70 and there are resident discounts (which extend to guests of residents) and it is possible to request a private charter.
