Weather in the BVI/USVI is typically consistant year round. The temperature ranges from a low of 72 in the evenings to a high of 95 in the afternoon (this is a year round range).

The hurricane season ranges from June - November, however there's no real way to predict whether or not a hurricane will hit until one has formed and is at least two days away from the islands.

In the "winter months", though the BVI never has a real winter or fall, the christmas winds pick up and it is cooler generally and sometimes the seas are rougher and murkier for visibility. It is always a good time to come to the BVI however, activities are rampant for New Year's Eve when the island is alive with parties, and Foxxy's on Jost Van Dyke and Quito's on Cane Garden Bay are prime hotspot locations. July-August every year holds the Emancipation Festival offering live music,  parades, donkey races (during the Carrot Bay portion of the festival), food, drinks, a sinking dinghy race held at the Pub, island-wide festivities, competitions and more. Another event which  is always a blast is the Spring Regatta which is known to many in the sailing world and draws huge crowds.
