I came to St.Martin in the end of November to add new properties to the inventory of villas and condos and I am still here in February. Love the Island with it's amazing choice of restaurants, multiple beaches and some of the friendliest Island people .
I stayed at varied parts of the Island from villas to condos and I do prefer the villas for it's privacy. But I must say, that staying in Simpson Bay area , is one of the easiest if you do not want to rent a car. Everything is around you and it is a great palce to enjoy the Island and get around.
St.Martin, also has a great local transportation systtem with the busses running all day long to connect to varied parts of the Island for $1.50 a ride, can't beat that.
The Grande MArche Supermarkets are a true culinary delight for everything your heart desire and also proovide ready made meals, if you are not in a mood of cooking or goiung out.
All in all , I love st.martin , I must say, it is one of my favourite Caribbean Islands and we do offer almost all of them
