Loterie Farm, located at the base of Pic Paradis, is not a farm at all!  It is a fun eco adventure park & nature reserve with both casual and fine dining.

Loterie's attractions include the "FlyZone" a series of elevated obstacles including zip-lines in the only tropical forest on St. Martin.  The flyzone comprises 3 tours: the kids flyzone, the flyzone, and flyzone extreme.  All are great fun but a bit of a workout so be sure to dress appropriately with closed toe shoes.   If zipping through the forest on cables aren't your thing you should also consider going for a hike.  The property has several groomed hiking trails, many of which boast great views of the western part of St. Martin once elevated.

Beyond the Flyzone, Loterie is best known for great food.  The 'Hidden Forest Cafe' and 'Tree Lounge' both offer great food and drinks.  Both are open for lunch and dinner.  Tree Lounge is more casual and a great place to get a drink after a long day at the beach.  The Cafe is more upscale for dinner but very reasonable compared to other good restaurants on St. Martin.  The ambiance being set among trees and island wildlife set this place apart from the cookie cutter beach bars and tourist traps on St. Martin.

A new attraction which will be operational end of December 2010 is the, "L'eauLounge cabana club & piscine de source" which will feature a freeform pool filled with fresh spring water from the source, cabanas and relaxing ambiance.

The property is open every day except Monday and credit cards are accepted.  Reservations for dinner are accepted and recommended during the busy months on St. Martin.

Finding Loterie can be challenging for the novice St. Martin driver.  From Simpson Bay or Maho areas follow signage toward Marigot.  Once you've passed Marigot head toward Grand Case.  About 1/2 way to Grand Case is a turn-off on the right toward "Pic Paradis."  Drive up the hill and then back down to a dip and Loterie will be on your right.  From Orient Bay, Oyster Pond, Phillipsburg, Anse Marcel:  Head toward Grand Case.  Once past Grand Case continue heading toward Marigot.  About 1/2 way the turnoff will be on your left.   You can now also use Google Maps to find Loterie Farm, simply go to Google Maps, enter Loterie Farm and your starting point and voila, your road description.
