Like many Caribbean islands St. Lucia offers its own unique music, and the locals are happy to play it! Most of the hotels and many restaurants offer entertainment nightly, and this includes Steel Pan bands, Shak Shak bands, local dancers and singers, and even some limbo dancers.
Wednesday night head to Rodney Bay for live music night at The Lime restaurant, and on Friday nights the village of Gros Islet hosts a weekly street party for locals and visitors alike, which can last well into the early morning hours. There is music and dancing in the streets, along with vendors selling local food and beverages.
There is other live entertainment and theme nights at Indies and The Late Lime, two popular clubs in Rodney Bay, as well as a diverse mix of nighttime hotspots in the Castries area.
