St. Germain is a Bistro concept off the beaten path in Old San Juan. The space is very inviting and relaxing. The menu includes ceviche, gourmet sandwiches, quiche, creative pizzas, abundant salads,and scruptious home made desserts among other dishes. It's most popular amongst locals but with travel guides and the internet more tourists are finding it. Though they have plates with steak or chicken, for Puerto Rico it's a haven for vegetarians with their non-meat options.
