Ariving at Hato International Airport?
Well all should go well.
The new Terminal which just opend is modern and spacious. It has 3 jetways conecting the planes to the terminal. When you get off of the plane you go trough a Sterile corridor taking you down(with escalator) to Immigration which does normally not take long. You then arrive in the baggage claim  where there are 2 Belts(the baggage arrives in 5-10 Minutes). You must then proceed through customs(they usually just wave you through). After you've gone through all of this you will arrive outside on the curb, here there are many palm trees and such. The taxi's are right infront of you. If you have rented(or want to rent) a car you must turn right and walk over to the other building, this is where the Car rentral offices are located.

Driving around the island is fairly easy if you are staying in the Piscadera area(Marriott, Hilton, Floris suite and Clarions suits) turn right after leaving the airport when you reach a roundabout(known as "Rotonde's" in Curacao) keep going straight. After reaching another roundabout turn right. If you are staying at a different hotel you must turn left if you want to get there as quickly as possible(turning right is also possible it will take a few minutes more and is the"scenic" route, this route is nicer.) Both routes take you over the Juliana Bridge.

When leaving Curacao you must drive to the airport, Return your car(if any) and head for the departure hall located on the right side of the Terminal. You must check in and then walk over to the center of the terminal go up the escalator to security and then to the passport control. You will now arrive in the holdroom.
